Weekly Update

Taking a break between the review of our Tioman trip, here's a little round up of whats been happening in the last fews of the horny bassists' life....

We've finally found a suitable family to adopt Koko... no pictures or special comments.. just that she is now with a family that can be "there" for her... and no longer confined to the walls of a medium cost condominium....

On the brighter side of things, His Horniness was back in his home town to visit his parents (erm.. yes... since you asked, they are horny as well...else, where would I inherit all this horniness I've now come to be proud of?).. meet up with his brothers, and some close friends, spent the whole weekend with his lovely moon... well, basically, an extremely relaxing and soul soothing weekend.... so nice to be around friends and family.. i totally missed that feeling last night... remember kids, always treasure your family....(Emo HB)

Ah, and I've got a new set of wheels.... or more like, I'm going to get a new set of tyres for my new old car... hehe... I'm taking over Ray's car, his other wife, A nice Honda Accord 1997...Damn... its a big car... hehe... oh and for the record, I bought it from him.. no inherited...So now I've to sell of my Wira... Any buyers? I'll blog about it soon, after I take a few pics to show to you all....

Koko Love

Thats just a string which happened to be in my place... but makes a nice looking bow tie on her... alas, she's already undone it, and its now sitting on my chair, idle...

Its so sad... having to care and grow affection for Koko, and now having to face the sad reality that we have to let her go...

Weekly updates & Light Entertainment

Today I figured, I could probably do a quick blog, since I still haven't had time to get my photos from home....

Oh btw, update for all of you...
1st, I'm getting legally Married on Friday (8.8.08), yes... Olympics... same day... bloody unoriginal buggers.. haha....joking..
2nd, I'm flying to Tioman the next day... was suppose to fly there immediately after signing the papers on friday, but couldn't get tix, and driving there, taxi, bus, all, risky... so, postpone 1 day.. and this is thanks to my big bro, Dr.Raymond Tan, for the free rooms... :)
3rd, Me and me band (Inverted Coma... they rawk!), are currently in the process of recording & production of our 1st ever radio single... (does not count towards "ordinary joe" which was on radio once back in 2004....) . This is being produced by non-other than JD of Pop Shuvit... its gonna be good... We'll probably be done by October (hopefully), and on the airwaves by Year end... gotta get all the marketing prep done before release....
4th, Remember Koko from my earlier blogs.. I'll be uploading some recent pics of her tomorrow, but sadly, I have to look for someone to adopt her, after finally coming to the difficult decision that I cannot keep her in my apartment now... staying alone, all day n night, only to see me for like half an hour before I shut my door to sleep... hmm... last option, SPCA... so if anyone out there is keen, kindly contact me, k?

I'm sure you've all seen the pic above at least once before... ah well, a failed attempt i guess.. but still... funny nevertheless...

The day I played GOD with a BITCH

Alright, Finally, some time to get back to blogging... Im really kinda frustrated that I can't online like a normal person, cause no internet... and it really sucks when you don't have internet...

office cannot upload photos and stuff, then home no internet, so forget bout it, then go cyber cafe, but wtf, they disabled the usb ports & cd drives, afraid we'll hack into pentagon or uncle lah's porn collection... hai~~... wtf...

anyway.. today's topic is about the day I played GOD ...... with a BITCH... hehe... catchy isn't it... 1 thing I'm preeetttyyy sure of , is that you won't hurt me after you know the truth.. ehhe....

Ok, the truth is.... Its true.. haha... I did have a choice... I had the life of a 'bitch' in my hands, and if i had so wanted, she would be dead by now... but, the horny bassist is compassionate (and buddhist, btw)...

The story goes like this,... I was walking Bobby (Our doggy, Moon n I), last last tuesday (thats two weeks ago), and nearby her house, there is a pasar (wet market).. loads of strays hang around there, and the occasional puppy or two.. this time around, there was 1 puppy, cute, dirty, alive, and alone....

Bobby, the naughty bugger, was of course more than curious and caught her attention, so she followed us walking... as we crossed the road to go to a safer area (badminton court with lights), a car happen to pass by. in a split second, and in the driver's blind side, suddenly that puppy does a 180 about turn, and runs straight into the cars tyres....



*bump* *bump*.... and then the crying... omg...

she was run over by what I seem to recall to be a Toyota Avanza... the driver didn't even winch i think, just drove off... he probably knew what just happened, but with me hanging around looking absolutely devastated, he probably thought his life would be at stake if he stopped to see how his tyres were... nia pet...

anyway.... so there she layed... unable to move, but very much conscious and crying out loud .... Moon's mom came out and after I explained, she advised me to take her to the market and leave her there... I hesitated... but obliged due to her mom's insistence.

anyway... had to go fetch Moon from the LRT, and explained to her.. then we schemed... cause we don't want to have to leave this poor puppy all alone to die of hunger and pain (which she most likely would, considering she's a stray, and cant walk at all to even get a drink of water from a drain.... )....

so, we schemed and brought her home to my place (I would advise most you mates to do so when given the opportunity with , well, a lonely lady.. haha...) .

I cleaned her up, and though she was traumatised from the event, she was, generally, ok ('cept for the two broken legs...)... yep...I got some dettol from KK 24 hour mart, and made sure at least the wound was cleaned lah, dowan later got gangrean or something worse...



next day, took her to the vet hospital in Cheras Tmn segar, got the vet to check her out, took a couple of X-rays, confirmed two broken legs.. one quite badly.. so bad that the bone puncture out the skin and left a chip there...



the vet pulled out the chip (!!Arrggghh...!!) and cleaned up the wound, and headed home for a rest.....










And to cheer her up, we even treated her to some sushi king (don't be jealous you guys.... if you just broke both your legs, I'll belanja sushi king too!) :)




Anyway, on the brighter side of things, two weeks later, she's now much much much much much much more active, and very very naughty ( as should be any healthy puppy...)



We've named her Koko, and we especially like her
paws.... ain't it cute??





Anyway, so that's it... her future now is still a little blur, cause it's not easy keeping a dog in a condo, what more right now the condo i'm staying in isn't even mine.. but when I do move in to my new place... I'm still not too sure how to work out an arrangement for Koko... otherwise, other options, David my eldest brother could adopt her, or we send to SPCA, or one of you kind souls could adopt her... but those are of course back up plans... we will have to wait and see whether or not things work out...

haha... yep... I didn't lie... I did play GOD with a BITCH (that's a female dog for you who lack vocabulary prowess... wahaha...)
